She dedicates all her time to take care and train her baby until it has become an adult. The baby face resembles that of a tiger and has a very light of fur on it along with markings that become prominent with growth. Initially the baby kitten enjoys the company of its mother only and likes to feel her warmth and to suck away its nutritious milk all day long.

As the kittens grow with the passage of time, they start gaining and using their senses of smell and taste along with hearing. The kitten just spends its day with its mother and strolling in small distances since it does capable of seeing till at least a month. Their first show of eyes displays a blank and blue and their eyes are extremely sensitive to the light for the first few days. Although with their growth they can adjust to their eye sight to extreme daylight or dark but that is dependant on the type of breed.

The growing stage is very fun to observe. The kittens, as they grow, train themselves by playing around, goofing around, fighting eating food from here and there, jumping from rooftops, and sleeping together. Each day is meant to be a day of achieving for them, at age six they have their teeth fully grown and at the age of seven their legs are firm along with their body and reflexes. The adulthood of cats is a very boring one. They enter their age of maturity at the age of nine to twelve and in that stage they shed their skin and become dull and lazy. Their teeth are also not that strong anymore.
