Cats favorite food

We have always seen cats lingering outside meat shops licking and pleading for pieces of meat with their innocent eyes. Cats are carnivorous creatures that gain proteins and vitamins from the meat and bones of other animals. The cat has a tendency to eat small diets but they make sure that they fulfill their energy and thirst from other animal's meats. Food is essential for all living creatures; similarly cats require food to gain nutrition, energy, proteins, and carbohydrates,

for their growth, for their reproduction and for their adult stage of life. Their diet should always contain two amino acids namely taurine and arginine, deficiency of these acids can be dangerous for their survival.

Cat?s diets always vary in accordance with their age. As they grow they tend to change their diet. For instance, an adult cat eats a meal that contains about thirty to forty percent of proteins of dry food, meaning food that has null amount of moisture. This kind of healthy diet is provided to them through meat or fish. But it does not mean that we should add supplements in their food as to increase vitamins. More than visual senses, cats use more of their smelling and tasting senses to eat or choose the type of food they like. They prefer salty, sour or bitter tasting substances and also food that is approximate to their body temperatures.

In Tom and Jerry, Tom had always been very possessive about its milk. That is true for all cats since they just love milk. Although they do not drink cow milk because of its lactose intolerance which can cause cats to have diarrhea, so they enjoy their lavish life by drinking healthy pure canned milks. No wonder cats are considered to be living a lavish life all over; they want good and healthy foods for their survival!
